How to write a great support ticket

Updated Aug 10, 2026, 05:19 AM

The more detail you give us up front, the faster we can help. When you open a ticket, please include:

1. The exact theme name and version (Appearance → Themes shows the version). 2. Your WordPress and WooCommerce versions. 3. A clear description of what you expected vs. what actually happened. 4. Steps to reproduce the issue, one by one. 5. A link (Related URL) to the page where it happens, if it's a live site. 6. A screenshot or short screen recording — you can attach files directly to the ticket.

If the site is not public yet, temporary admin access sometimes speeds things up — but only share credentials when we ask, and change them after the issue is resolved.
